NaparBCN was born from an idea which was started 7 years ago in Noáin (Navarra) and that today has culminated in this restaurant right in the heart of the Eixample neighbourhood. Well, to be honest not just a restaurant but something more. We thought that if we are going to make your food why not make our own beer too. From that moment came the idea to fuse the best food with our own beer and all produced on site.
Fresh food sourced from local markets combined & transformed into original, delicious dishes make our menu flexible and easily pairable to many of our vast selection of beers.
Beers yes but craft beer better.
Our space holds its own brewhouse visible to the public which is always under the watchful eye of our expert head brewer.
The brewery contains 7 fermenters (3 of 1000 litres, 3 of 2000 litres and one open fermenter of 1000 litres) all directly connected to 6 serving tanks directly above the bar.
We have beer flowing in our veins....and we want it to show! We work with and for beer, making craft beer a lifestyle and not just a way to earn a living. We take care & respect in the old age brewing process to make a quality product free from chemicals resulting in a truly CRAFT beer. We love hops, malt & yeast but what we truly love is being able to share our beers with friends and we keep this result in mind making it part of our brewing process.
